Summary
Amends the:
Defence Act 1903
to introduce a Tactical Payment Scheme to provide for no-liability payments to persons who are adversely affected by Australian Defence Force operations outside Australia; and
Defence Home Ownership Assistance Scheme Act 2008
in relation to: rejoining members, subsidy certificates and service credits, subsidy lump sums, shared ownership and liability, and delegations to senior employees.
